A mum of two based on the beautiful Central Coast of NSW, I created Virtual with Jill to support small businesses and online brands with the behind-the-scenes work that keeps everything organised and moving forward.

With a background in retail buying and experience across sales support and client services, I understand how many moving parts there are in a growing business. I specialise in e-commerce and operational support, helping with everything from product management and reporting to administration, customer communication and day-to-day coordination.
